A star has certainly been born in Las Vegas. Lady Gaga ticket sales have been through the roof as the singer’s Las Vegas residency show Enigma coincides with her heavy presence at Hollywood award shows.
After initial sales had dipped in September, Enigma had some of the hottest tickets in the market following the October release of A Star Is Born, featuring Gaga in her theatrical acting debut. According to Ticket Club’s extensive sales database, Lady Gaga ticket sales have been on the steady climb since November 2018. During this time, she has racked up numerous Grammy, Golden Globe, and Oscar nominations, among others. She already notched Golden Globe and Critics Choice wins but the true test is coming up. Her Grammy and Oscar fates will be decided in February. Wins there, or even purely exposure, may influence an even higher demand in tickets.

Lady Gaga Ticket Prices
Before Enigma launched in late December, Lady Gaga ticket sales were already lapping fellow female headliners like Celine Dion, Gwen Stefani and Mariah Carey. Now fully immersed on the Las Vegas strip, she continues to out-sell her peers at an unmatched level. Gaga’s stretch of 2019 shows see tickets going for an average of $474. That figure is over $200 more than tickets for Celine Dion’s final run of performances. Gwen Stefani’s Just a Girl residency pulls an average of $218 per ticket. Meanwhile, Mariah Carey’s show earns a modest $171 per ticket.

Award season’s peak coinciding with Enigma has drove up Lady Gaga ticket prices even more. Fans who caught the residency’s premiere leg in late December paid on average over $550 to see the star in concert. As for Gaga’s current leg in the midst of award-show mania? Enigma ticket prices have crept up to nearly $600 apiece. Prices are considerably lower for her spring and fall tenures at the Park Theater. However, those gigs still cost more than Dion, Carey and Stefani’s respective shows.

Gaga’s Enigma popularity extends beyond regional fans. International consumer data found that Lady Gaga ticket sales extended to 23 countries besides the U.S. Nations from Portugal and Argentina to Japan and Australia and even Caribbean islands were represented. Domestic buyers are also going gaga over Gaga. Recent Lady Gaga ticket sales have seen Enigma consumers hail from 45 states and Washington, D.C.
Lady Gaga has Enigma shows scheduled through February 3 before taking a nearly four-month hiatus. In the following weeks, she will possibly add more hardware to her trophy case. Gaga scored five Grammy nods, including Record and Song of the Year for A Star Is Born‘s signature duet “Shallow.” She is also up for the Best Actress and Best Original Song Oscars. A Star Is Born nabbed eight total Oscar nominations, including Best Picture.
