Lady Gaga shines especially bright in Las Vegas. Since launching her Enigma residency show in December 2018, the singer has consistently been Sin City’s most in-demand performer. Tickets for Lady Gaga’s residency show are the hottest – and highest-priced – of the Las Vegas market, and it’s likely they’ll stay that way.
Per our sales database, Gaga’s performances at the Park Theatre have garnered tickets selling for an average price of $582. That figure is far greater than her fellow residency acts both past and present. We analyzed sales data of 15 popular artists’ Las Vegas residencies over the last ten years and found that Lady Gaga is a resounding heavyweight on the Vegas Strip when it comes to ticket prices.
Mother Monster took the top spot from Garth Brooks, who came out of retirement for a five-year residency at the Wynn. The country legend saw tickets for his intimate gigs go for $421 on average, though fans generally pay much less now that he’s ditched small theater shows for mammoth stadium tours. Megastars Bruno Mars, Aerosmith and Jennifer Lopez followed with tickets ranging from $280 to $367 for their turns in Vegas. Gwen Stefani’s Just A Girl residency is the cheapest of all shows, averaging just $167 per ticket.

Lady Gaga’s residency sales surge came largely in part to her starring role in A Star Is Born. The film was a box office smash and earned her recognition across awards shows, including an Oscar and Golden Globe win for Best Original Song. Shortly after the film’s release last fall, she was the best-selling female headliner on the Strip, beating the likes of Celine Dion and Mariah Carey. Sales grew even further as the “Shallow” singer raked in her A Star Is Born nominations throughout awards season.
But what exactly is still driving high ticket prices a year into the residency? One contributing factor is the variety of shows Gaga puts on. She announced months before her Vegas debut that Enigma would be the name of her main residency show, but she would also play sporadic, stripped-down Jazz and Piano shows. Gaga also performs less frequently, thus building even more hype every time she does take the stage. In 2019 alone, she booked 32 Vegas shows, while Dion performed 37 in only five months time (her long-running residency folded in June after eight years).
Lastly, it could just be that fans are waiting on pins and needles for more of Lady Gaga. The Grammy winner has teased that a new album is eventually on the way, though perhaps fans in Vegas want to catch the very first performance of new material if and when she releases it.
In the meantime, Gaga is confirmed to play in Vegas through May. See her upcoming schedule of shows and get your hands on tickets here.
