Road warriors Zac Brown Band will keep busy yet again this summer. The Georgia-based group are heading out on their latest outing, the Roar With the Lions Tour, later this spring.
The 28-date trek launches May 24 with a two-night stint in Gilford, New Hampshire. It will extend nearly five months before concluding in Vancouver on October 18. The Grammy winners will headline a handful of major stadiums, specifically Citi Field, SunTrust Park, Wrigley Field and Toyota Stadium. Other notable stops on the tour include gigs in Portland, Toronto, Charlotte, Hartford, and a two-night engagement in Denver. Tour openers remain unknown, though ZBB has teased special guests will join the travels.
The Roar With the Lions Tour will continue to support the group’s seventh studio album The Owl, as well as celebrate their nearly 20-year career. It comes just a month after they wrap up their ongoing Owl Tour, which first launched last year.
ZBB – known to cross genres throughout many of their live show covers – have waded into pop and electronic waters with their latest LP. The Owl saw them team up with renowned pop producers Ryan Tedder and Max Martin to form an evolving sound and style, as evidenced by the Shawn Mendes co-written lead single “Someone I Used to Know.”
