Elton John<\/a><\/strong> – Farewell Yellow Brick Road Tour<\/strong>
The Rocket Man is now almost two years into his Farewell Yellow Brick Road Tour<\/a>. It has dominated the ticketing market as the biggest tour<\/a> since John announced his retirement and is expected to reign supreme again this year as the famed composer approaches his final shows. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rascal Flatts<\/a> – Farewell: Life Is A Highway Tour<\/strong>
Country trio Rascal Flatts will go out with a bang in 2020. They will soon go their separate ways after 20 years together and dozens of hits to their name. To both celebrate their career and say goodbye, they are heading out on the Life Is A Highway Tour, running from June to October. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

KISS<\/a> – End of the Road Tour<\/strong>
Gene Simmons and company enjoyed a successful first stretch of their farewell tour. Now, they’re back for more. The iconic glam rock outfit will perform more than three dozen North American shows in 2020, plus tour legs in Europe, Africa and Latin America. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lynyrd Skynyrd<\/a> – Last of the Street Survivors Tour<\/strong>
Lynyrd Skynyrd’s farewell tour<\/a> has been churning out dates for two years now. The legendary band will keep plugging along with U.S. shows and festival appearances all spring and summer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reunion Tours\/Performances<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Black Crowes<\/a><\/strong>
Formerly feuding brothers Rich and Chris Robinson are reuniting<\/a> as The Black Crowes for an extensive summer tour. The Southern rockers will return to the stage for nearly four dozen shows, traveling to every corner of the country. Reunion news comes as the band celebrates the 30th anniversary of their debut album Shake Your Money Maker<\/em>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

M\u00f6tley Cr\u00fce<\/a><\/strong>
A reunion of epic proportions calls for a stadium-sized<\/a> tour. M\u00f6tley Cr\u00fce, which disbanded after a 2014 farewell tour, are coming back together. The Stadium Tour will unite the hard rockers as well as feature an all-star lineup with Def Leppard, Poison and Joan Jett. That trek gets underway in June and runs through early September. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Doobie Brothers<\/a><\/strong>
On the heels of their first nomination for a spot in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the Doobie Brothers announced<\/a> a 50th anniversary tour. To celebrate the milestone, former member Michael McDonald will return to the lineup. McDonald, who left the group in 1982 to pursue a solo career, returned on various occasions to the delight of fans. However, he last performed with the band nearly 25 years ago. Rage Against the Machine<\/a><\/strong>
RATM sent shockwaves through the music world when they announced their reunion. Their nine-year hiatus will officially end in March with a handful of shows across the Southwestern U.S. It will culminate in a headlining<\/a> performance at Coachella in April and a tour that takes them through most of the year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

My Chemical Romance<\/a><\/strong>
Emo titans My Chemical Romance had fans shaking when they announced a December 2019 reunion show. Since then, the band – which broke up in 2013 – have announced performances<\/a> both internationally and across North America.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Red Hot Chili Peppers<\/a><\/strong>
Much like the Doobie Brothers, these California rockers have been going strong for decades. However, this year they will see guitarist John Frusciante rejoin the lineup. Frusciante is coming off his second ten-year hiatus but remains a core member, having spent a total of 15 years in the band. Their current schedule consists of only festival gigs, including Boston Calling<\/a> and BottleRock Festival<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Dixie Chicks<\/a><\/strong>
Less a reunion and more a comeback, the Dixie Chicks are confirmed to be hitting the road to accompany their first album in 14 years. The group’s forthcoming eighth album Gaslighter<\/em> follows their Grammy-winning 2006 LP Taking the Long Way<\/em>.
