According to sales data on our system, Springsteen on Broadway tickets have sold at an unheard-of average of $1,789 per seat since it launched previews in October of 2017. That’s the highest in the recorded history of Ticket Club’s data, which dates back over 15 years. For comparison, the second highest per-average ticket price for Broadway is $479 for Hamilton.

With prices on the primary market that broke Broadway records from day one, Springsteen on Broadway tickets have always demanded a premium. During its preview run in October of last year, tickets sold for an average of $1,963. Once regular performances began that month, tickets went at an average of $2,205 for the rest of October, then raised to $2,280 for November. Averages fell as the show was extended into 2018 – but only slightly. Averages ranged from $1,979 in January to as low as $1,307 in August, but have once more picked up. For December performances, the average price sold has been just shy of $2,500.
Saturday performances have commanded the highest price throughout the show’s run, averaging $1,980. Friday shows have been running at an average of $1,814, while serving as the generator of the most total tickets sold on our marketplace. Other weekday performances have all ranged just below $1,700.
Cheap Springsteen on Broadway Tickets for Closing Run?
Once the show resumes following its hiatus for the Thanksgiving holiday with a performance on Wednesday, November 28, those averages appear likely to only go up. Currently, the get-in price for that final stretch starts at a minimum of $2,250 per ticket – which will get you a seat in Row H of the Mezzanine on nine dates if you are a member of Ticket Club. That’s more than $114 less than the same seats would cost on Vivid Seats.
Closing night, scheduled for Saturday, December 15, has a get-in of $5,300 for one of two tickets in Orchestra R, Row R. Compared to the other leading marketplaces, those same tickets would be nearly $2,000 extra for people shopping away from Ticket Club.
