Halsey is not coming to a halt just yet. The singer-songwriter unveiled over two dozen new shows on her Hopeless Fountain Kingdom World Tour, which will take her to five continents in as many months.
The global trek will commence April 19 down under with six shows in New Zealand and Australia. From there, Halsey will head to Latin America with “Strangers” collaborator Lauren Jauregui of Fifth Harmony for shows in Brazil, Chile, Argentina and Mexico throughout June. She’ll kick off the tour’s North American leg shortly after, beginning in Montreal July 8. A dozen U.S. cities are on the itinerary, including stops in Indianapolis, Nashville, Las Vegas and Honolulu.
A brief Asian tour leg follows in August before the 23-year-old wraps up the jaunt with a lone European gig in London September 22. Halsey recruited a handful of talented female singers to serve as supporting acts along the trek, including Kehlani (Oceania dates), Jauregui (Latin America), Jessie Reyez (North American dates), Indonesian star Niki (Asian dates), and Alma & Raya (London).
Halsey’s recent collaborations include latest single “Alone” featuring Big Sean & Stefflon Don and current No. 1 “Him & I,” featuring boyfriend G-Eazy. Given that G-Eazy will embark on his own co-headlining trek with Lil Uzi Vert and Ty Dolla $ign this summer, fans hoping to see the couple unite on the road struck out this time. However, with the rapper slated to launch his tour in late July, there remains a glimmer of hope that schedules will align for concert-goers at some of Halsey’s first U.S. shows to catch the pair team up onstage.
Prior to the tour’s Latin American leg, Halsey is set to perform at the BottleRock and Governors Ball music festivals alongside top names like Bruno Mars, The Killers, Eminem, and Muse.
The “Bad at Love” singer launched the Hopeless Fountain Kingdom world tour last fall, shortly after the release of her album of the same name. She played 28 shows across North America, though two shows in Canada were abruptly canceled for unknown personal reasons.
