Before their current tour has even wrapped, the Goo Goo Dolls have already rolled out dates for their Miracle Pill Tour, which gets underway this fall.
The rockers – who are currently on a co-headlining trek with Train – will embark on the 21-date outing beginning October 25 in Austin. They’ll wrap a month later in Toronto after visiting Madison, Tulsa, Richmond, Louisville and other top markets. Hitting the road alongside them are special guests Beach Slang and The Unlikely Candidates.
“We just can’t get enough of the road,” the band shared on social media. “Excited to be heading back out this Fall, and we can’t wait to play some new songs for you.”
Those new songs, of course, will come from Goo Goo Dolls’ upcoming album Miracle Pill, due out September 13. They previously released the album’s title track and “Money, Fame and Fortune” as lead singles off their twelfth LP.
It’s been a busy few years of touring for the best-selling band. They spent 2016 and 2017 on the road to support their eleventh album Boxes, and launched a nostalgia-filled trek last year to celebrate the 20th anniversary of their multi-Platinum record Dizzy Up The Girl. That popular outing saw the group perform the album in its entirety, with crowds going especially wild over smash singles “Iris” and “Slide.”
In November, Goo Goo Dolls revealed their current joint tour with Train, which kicked off last month. The bands will conclude the massive tour in Boston on August 17 after nearly 50 shows.
