Bon Jovi, Zac Brown Band headline Friday concert ticket sales

With roughly five months before the summer concert season kicks into high gear, North American tours with tickets going on sale are plentiful. Today’s large batch of listings offer something for fans of varying musical genres, and will likely be strong sellers in the days and weeks to come. Concert Ticket Sales: Friday January 19th, 2018

Bon Jovi – Back on the road and bound for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Bon Jovi’s second leg of their This House is Not for Sale Tour hits the market today. The iconic rockers (sans Richie Sambora) are expected to play over two dozen shows in cities like Dallas, Boston, Atlanta, Chicago, Milwaukee and more. Zac Brown Band – Zac Brown and co. are hitting the road for their Down the Rabbit Hole Live tour. Their latest excursion stretches from June through September, after which they’ll join The Eagles for select dates. The trek will kick off in Lincoln, Nebraska and travel to Toronto, Syracuse, Detroit, Minneapolis and more before concluding in Virginia Beach. Historic ballparks like Fenway Park, Citi Field, Comerica Park and Safeco field are among the major venues on the itinerary. OneRepublic is pegged to join ZBB on select dates. James Taylor – James Taylor has a busy summer ahead. Like Zac Brown Band, he too is joining the Eagles on select dates of their U.S. tour. Fans can see them team up for ballpark shows in Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. in late July. Prior to those gigs, Taylor is joined by Bonnie Raitt for a 17-date tour across American arenas and amphitheaters. Sugarland – Jennifer Nettles and Kristian Bush have reunited as Sugarland after a six-year hiatus. The duo are traveling coast-to-coast on their massive Still the Same tour this summer. Nearly 50 cities are on Sugarland’s schedule, including Raleigh, Portland, Omaha, Las Vegas, Grand Rapids, and Nashville. Matt and Kim – Indie pop pairing Matt and Kim are gearing up for their first headlining tour in three years. The 29-date trek gets underway March 23 in Sayreville, New Jersey and stretches to May. Cities on the itinerary include Boston, Los Angeles, Denver, Kansas City, Nashville and Houston.  The duo’s sixth studio album is also due for release this spring to accompany the tour, giving fans a double treat from Matt and Kim. New Found Glory – After spending last summer on their 20th anniversary tour, New Found Glory are finally embarking on a proper tour in support of their last album Makes Me Sick. The Sick Tour will hit 27 cities throughout May and June, including Orlando, Chicago, Seattle, Pittsburgh, and San Francisco. Browse dates and tickets here.

MGMT – With their upcoming album due for release in a few weeks, MGMT are taking part in a 24-date North American tour this spring. The trek will kick off March 2 in Saint Paul and travel to venues in Boston, Nashville, DC, Montreal, Austin and more. Gloria Trevi & Alejandra Guzman – Latin sensations Gloria Trevi and Alejandra Guzman are back for a final round of North American shows on their Versus World Tour. The pop divas launched the massive tour last year in support of their joint album Versus, and have promised 18 additional shows this spring. Trevi & Guzman will begin the trek March 7 in Hidalgo, Texas and head to Denver, Phoenix, Las Vegas, New York and more before wrapping up April 14 in Los Angeles. Browse all tickets here.
