Thirty Seconds to Mars have confirmed the release of their fifth album and announced their headlining Monolith Tour. The album is due for release April 6, and the 29-date North American tour is expected to kick off two months later.
The veteran rockers will hit the road June 6 on a cross-country trek that stretches through the end of July. They’ll commence the tour with a pair of Canadian shows in Toronto and Montreal, and hit major markets like Philadelphia, Tampa, Houston, and San Diego before wrapping up the tour in Phoenix on July 22. Joining the road in support are Walk the Moon, K. Flay, MisterWives, Joywave and Welshy Arms.
While the title of their forthcoming album is yet to be released, it has already proven a commercial and critical success through lead single “Walk on Water,” which topped rock charts. Their follow up single “Dangerous Night” was just released prior to the tour announcement.
