Keeping with their annual tradition, Pentatonix have rolled out dates for their new summer tour. The a cappella super group will invade 45 cities on the extensive outing, which promoter Live Nation announced<\/a> Thursday.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Pentatonix: The World Tour will get underway May 11 in Oakland and stretch nearly four months before wrapping in Canfield, Ohio on September 1. The five-piece vocal group will visit major markets like Nashville, Denver, Tulsa, Las Vegas, Orlando and Milwaukee. Canadian stops in Montreal, Vancouver, Edmonton and Calgary are also on the itinerary. Pop songstress Rachel Platten will join the tour in support.<\/p>\n

The Grammy-winning group will perform arena gigs throughout the first half of the tour, including Madison Square Garden and The Forum, before switching over to outdoor venues to close out the North American leg. In between select summer tour dates, they will also perform for crowds at the Illinois State Fair and Iowa State Fair, among other regional gatherings.<\/p>\n

Pentatonix shared news of the tour on their social media accounts, teasing the places they’ll be visiting on the global trek. However, international stops and dates have not yet been revealed. Watch their video announcement below.<\/p>\n
