David Bowie may be gone, but his musical legacy continues to live on. The late rocker will be the subject of the upcoming Celebrating David Bowie Tour, which is slated to travel through Europe and North America beginning in January 2018.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The memorial tour hit a handful of venues earlier this year in commemoration of what would have been Bowie’s 70th birthday, with former backing band members and special guests at the helm of each show. Following an outpouring of positive responses, the crew will return in 2018 with over two dozen shows already announced.<\/p>\n

The trek will kick off in Paris on January 10—the two year anniversary of Bowie’s death—and will hit five other European cities in the course of a week before bringing the tribute tour to North America, with the first show of that leg taking place February 10 in Silver Spring, Maryland. It will then head across the U.S. and Canada for a month before concluding on March 11 in Portland, Oregon.<\/p>\n

Music and Hollywood superstars alike made special appearances at the tour’s first string of shows this year, including Gavin Rossdale, Sting<\/a>, Darren Criss, Ewan McGregor and Seal, leading many to wonder what famous faces may show up in future tour dates.<\/p>\n

All of David Bowie’s biggest hits are expected to be featured in the upcoming shows’ setlist, including tracks off his Grammy-winning final album, Blackstar. <\/em>The swan song album topped charts worldwide upon its 2016 release, a mere two days before the glam rocker succumbed to his battle with liver cancer.<\/p>\n
